At Existwise Wellbeing LLP (‘Existwise’, ‘we’, or ‘us’), we strive to offer high-quality therapeutic services and digital resources (collectively, the 'Services') to support your well-being. However, there are certain situations where you can request a refund. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds on appointments and digital product purchases.
You will be entitled to invoke this policy as long as you are a Registered User on our website.

1. PAYMENTS

Full payment for the Services is to be made at the time of purchase and all sales are final. Appointments will only be confirmed once the payment has been made. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We use Cashfree Payments as our payment gateway, which allows you to make payments conveniently using UPI, credit/debit card, netbanking, wallets, and more.
A direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) can also be made. Kindly email us at support@existwise.com for account details.

2. APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Existwise strives to give you the highest flexibility when booking an appointment with our professionals. You can see all available slots on your chosen professional’s calendar at the time of booking. The slot you book is then exclusively blocked for you. For this reason, you cannot reschedule/cancel an appointment or request a refund once the booking has been confirmed.

3. NO-SHOW
A no-show is a missed appointment without prior notice. If the client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be forfeited and no reschedule/refund given.

4. EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONS
​
We understand that life is unpredictable. Exceptions to cancellation and no-show fees may be granted to you at our sole discretion in cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, accidents, family crises) where you can provide adequate documentation to support your claim. 5. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is completed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@existwise.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. AGREEMENT
