Hi there!

I'm Pranav, a psychotherapist specialising in burnout recovery and the pursuit of a more meaningful working life.

 

Over the past decade, I've been on a personal and professional journey to understand what it truly means to live well, not just to perform well. Existwise is my way of sharing that journey — and everything I’ve learned along the way — with you.

 

I work primarily with professionals navigating not just the fatigue of burnout, but the deeper crisis that often accompanies it: the loss of identity, the erosion of meaning, the creeping sense that the life you've built no longer fits who you are.

 

My approach integrates occupational health psychology, existential psychotherapy, and wellbeing science to examine the structural factors driving your burnout, create room to explore what kind of life you want instead, and implement tiny changes to live more in alignment with that. This isn't about managing your stress or bouncing back to business as usual. It's about using this moment of crisis as an invitation to reconnect with what genuinely matters and to build a life and career that feel meaningful and truly your own.
